Pet Food Assistance
Saturday, January 7, 2012, will be the last food bank that we will offer here at our shelter. Food can be picked up between 10 am and 12 pm on Saturday, January 7. Anyone picking up food will be asked to fill out a short form about their pets and financial situation and to show proper identification (driver’s license or other ID) each time food is picked up. The Pet Food Bank is not intended to feed feral cats or stray animals.

Donating Pet Food
WHS accepts donated cat and dog food for our Animeals program (a partnership with Meals on Wheels). We will also distribute excess food to area food banks and programs (such as those listed above). Donated food may be dropped off anytime during our open hours (Thursday - Monday, noon to 6 pm. The shelter is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday).
